Nice basket We have this sitting on the dining room table full of brown eggs from our laying hens. It is a pleasure to look at and is, for our purposes, very functional. The wire is a bit on the delicate side, so it is best used as a container rather than as a basket for gathering eggs from outside. But the “give” in its construction helps to cushion the eggs so it is possible to stack quite a few on top of one another without fear of breakage.
Egg basket Great egg basket for the many eggs we get each morning from our girls. Makes getting eggs very convenient with fewer eggs breaking. I added some hay for cushion to soften and carry the eggs to the kitchen. Love it!
